Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a leading development company who are currently recruiting for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their team

This is an opportunity not to be missed! With the company growing and developing their team to further enhance their market presence not just in East Anglia but further afield. You will be working in a spacious office in the town of Bury St Edmunds, with the opportunity to work along side the Technical Manager to manage and co-ordinate multi-disciplined teams of consultants and contractors on projects as required.

The company has been established for over 15 years and are one of the leading partners of developers and landowners to pinpoint sites within the East Anglia area as prime locations for residential, commercial and industrial builds

As the Technical Co-ordinator you will be value by providing technical input regarding feasibility, planning, and build or disposal stages.

You will be making sure that the most efficient, value engineered, and technical solutions required to deliver schemes in the most cost-effective manner
As the Technical Co-ordinator you will be attending project and design meeting as required
Maintain project management documentation including project database, utilities trackers and site layout folder
Prepare transfer and contract plans as required
Assist purchasers with post acquisition and occupation queriesAs the Technical Co-ordinator, ideally you will have the below experience and background

HNC or Degree qualified in construction related discipline
Technical background experience while working with either a consultancy, house builder, developer, civils or contractor.
Must have experience using CAD and AutoCAD
Experience of all technical matter of mixed-use developments and an understanding of the development processThis is a great opportunity for an experienced person with a technical background to join a team of like-minded people, they offer some great benefits for their team;
